Guarantee:

• Coober Pedy Opal.com will replace or refund cost of any opal that is not to the customers liking.
• We do make a 20% charge to cover our banking fees and currency exchange costs on refunds.
• We also retain the right to increase this charge should it not cover our out of pocket expenses.
• Postal charges on all returns are the responsibility of the customer, should an exchange of goods be offered then Coober Pedy Opal.com will pay the postage on the replacement goods.
• We need to be informed within fourteen (14) days of invoice date,of your intention to return your purchase and to receive that return within thirty (30) days of invoice date.
• Rough opal will not be accepted if it has been processed in any way.

Shipping:

• We only use Australian Post. All purchases greater than $300 are shipped free of charge. All purchases less than $300 are charges $25.
